As per the recent
circular from Anna University dated 22-April-2020, it is to inform you that “Colleges
should not force students (All UG/PG Degree) or their parents/guardians to pay
their fee under any circumstances for the next academic year 2020-2021 or their
pending dues for the academic year 2019-2020. Also colleges should not impose
any direct or indirect penalty for any delay in the payment of the fee during
this lockdown period under the “Disaster Management Act 2005”. In this
regard, colleges requested to strictly adhere to this notice as per Anna
University. Any failure or deviation in implementing the above directions will
be viewed seriously & will take suitable action by the University”
